Our Retreat Theme

Giving from Wholeness

The universe is whole, and when we connect into that wholeness we recognise that we are whole too. This is the source of all giving.

During the retreat, you will be held in practices that cultivate:

Heart-icon

Slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering that you are connected to something far larger than yourself.

Heart-icon

Seeing your completeness and wholeness and that you lack nothing.

Heart-icon

Allowing love to flow from a full cup, not as an obligation but an act of joy.

Heart-icon

Honouring the flow of giving to others and receiving yourself.

Heart-icon

Recognising that to love others is to love yourself, because we are all one.

We will draw on a range of yogic tools: grounding movement and breath practices, guided self-inquiry, meditation, silent walks in nature, chanting and teachings on the retreat topic from multiple spiritual traditions.
