Cancellation and Refund Policy

Class Cancellations with Yogic Wisdom

If you’ve booked a class directly with Yogic Wisdom, you can cancel your booking online up to 2 hours before the scheduled class start time. When you cancel your booking online, your class credit will be refunded automatically. The cancellation limit allows us to offer your spot to another student. If you cancel less than the required amount of time prior to the scheduled start time for the class, it will use a credit.

Class Refunds with Yogic Wisdom

Yogic Wisdom does not offer refunds except in the case where you are deemed medically unfit to participate in Yoga for the foreseeable future, in which case you will receive a full refund for your unused valid multi-pass or session fee.

Cancelling a Class with One of Our Network Teachers

If you’ve booked a class with one of the teachers in our network, please contact them directly for their cancellation policy.

Course Cancellations with Yogic Wisdom

If you’ve registered for a course with Yogic Wisdom and wish to cancel, the refund depends on when you withdraw:

• If you withdraw up to eight weeks before the start date, 100% of fees (minus deposit) will be refunded.
• If you withdraw up to two weeks before, 50% of course fees (minus deposit) may be refunded, if your place can be filled.
• After the course begins, fees are non-refundable.

In cases of personal hardship or long term illness, we will consider transferring your payment to a future training or other offerings at Yogic Wisdom.

Retreat Cancellations with Yogic Wisdom

If you decide to cancel your attendance for the retreat more than 2 months in advance, you will be charged your non-refundable deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded. If you cancel in under 2 months, but more than 1 month, you will be charged 50% of the retreat cost. If you cancel less than 1 month prior to the retreat, we will keep the entire amount as we will have already paid for all the hotels, transportation, etc and invested a lot of time in supporting your participation.

We will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis, and in the case of a serious emergency will do our best to refund as much of the fee as possible (based on what we are able to get back from the hotels, etc), and whether we can fill your spot.
