Interpretation

Words with capitalised initial letters have specific meanings defined under these conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another entity. "Control" means ownership of 50% or more of voting shares or other equity interests.

• Promotions refers to any contests, discounts, or promotional offers made through our Service.
• Service refers to the Website and any courses, programs, or digital offerings provided through it.
• Subscription means any paid access to programs or recurring services offered through Yogic Wisdom.
• Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) constitute this agreement between You and the Company.
• Third-party Social Media Services means any services or content provided by third parties that may be displayed or linked through Our Service.
• Website refers to Yogic Wisdom, accessible from https://www.yogicwisdom.com.au.
• You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

These Terms govern the use of Our Service and represent the agreement between You and Yogic Wisdom. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

If You disagree with any part of the Terms, then You may not access the Service.

You also agree to be bound by Our Privacy Policy which outlines how We collect, use, and safeguard Your personal information.

When You place an Order or book a course, training, or retreat through Our Service, You represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• All information You provide is accurate and complete.
• You have lawful authority to use the payment method provided.

We may use third-party providers to process your payment information.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary per offering and are detailed on each individual booking page. Please review our general Cancellation Policy page and examine the policy for each offering before you register.

Refunds are only available in accordance with Our published cancellation terms or under Australian consumer law. We do not offer refunds on:

• Custom-made products or services.
• Digital content after access is granted.
• Used or damaged goods unless faulty at the time of receipt.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

We regularly update our offerings, but errors in pricing, availability, or content may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel Orders if necessary, including if:

• A product or service is unavailable.
• There is an error in pricing or description.
• The Order is suspected of being fraudulent.

You may post or upload Content (e.g., testimonials, photos, comments) to the Website or related platforms.

By submitting Content, You grant Yogic Wisdom a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional or educational purposes.

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of any Content You post.

You agree not to post or share Content that:

• Is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Contains malware or harmful code.
• Infringes on the intellectual property of others.
• Is false, misleading, or impersonates others.

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms.

We strive to maintain secure backups of user-submitted Content but cannot guarantee complete restoration in the event of loss or corruption. You are encouraged to retain your own copies of important data.

We may suspend or terminate access to our Service without prior notice if You violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Certain provisions (e.g., indemnity, limitation of liability) will survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yogic Wisdom and its team shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
• Errors or inaccuracies in the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount You paid Us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.
